Snow Globe with Shofar and Jerusalem
Description
This small snow globe is made from silver-plating and decorated with depiction of Jerusalem at the base. A small shofar is set inside the ball, also plated in silver.
The shofar is a musical instrument, crafted from authentic ram’s horn and is used on Jewish holidays, Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. The shofar is blown in the synagogue before the entire congregation to remind everyone of the New Year coming and call every person to reflect on the passing year and prepare for the New Year.
